Yes. HydroBloom Gel works alongside either suppository. Don't use Vaginal Moisturizer and Odor Be Gone at the same time. If odor is your main concern, start with a course of Odor Be Gone, with HydroBloom Gel on the outside if you like, then switch to Vaginal Moisturizer for ongoing moisture.

Vaginal Moisturizer: one each night for the first 10 nights, then every 3 to 5 nights, or as feels right for you. Odor Be Gone: one each night for the first 10 nights, then as needed.

If it's been a while since your last suppository, start again with one each night for 10 nights, then go back to your usual rhythm.

Yes. The suppository sits in the vagina and urine leaves through a separate opening, so peeing won't wash it out. Just give it about 30 minutes lying down to absorb first.

It melts at body temperature and absorbs within about 30 minutes.

Yes. Over the next few days you may notice a whitish, sometimes clumpy residue. That's the bioadhesive coating that holds moisture in place, shedding naturally as your cells renew. It can be surprising if you're not expecting it, and a panty liner helps. You might also feel a brief, mild tingling after inserting. Both pass on their own. If irritation is strong or doesn't settle, stop and check with your doctor.

We suggest pausing during your period and picking up again when it ends, so the formula can stay in place and absorb.

Wait until it has fully absorbed, usually by the next morning if you use it at bedtime. Our suppositories melt into an oil-based base, which can weaken latex, so don't use them with latex condoms.

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.

Once a day for the first 6 days, then every few days or whenever you want extra comfort.

HydroBloom Gel is water-based, but it contains a small amount of plant oil, so we don't recommend using it with latex condoms.
