We currently ship to Canada and the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO/FPO addresses. We're working on bringing our products to additional countries — stay tuned for updates!
When Will My Order Ship?We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your package ships, you'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number and delivery updates. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folders for any emails from
support@helloneycher.com.Shipping CostsWe offer free standard shipping on all orders of $39.99 or more. For orders below $39.90, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Return PolicyWe want you to love your products! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 30 days of receipt at
support@helloneycher.com with the subject line "Return". We kindly ask that you carefully read our ingredient list and check what works best for you before ordering.
Conditions for Returns • Products must be in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Once a return is received and processed, it can take 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Where's My Package?Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a couple of days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folders for any emails from
